Anica is the founder of NOSADE. As a yoga teacher, Anica emphasizes particularly on bio-mechanical aspects of healthy movement and its value for both, the body, and the mind. She is trained in yoga Therapeutics and is teaching Anusara inspired Hatha yoga.
Since 2012, Sabine is teaching a mindfulness-based, calm and precise yoga style in Yogastudios and private lessons in Berlin. After two decades of her own yoga praxis, she decides for her first training at Spirit Yoga in Berlin, another training in the traditional style after Sivananda, training in Yin and restorative yoga as well as yoga therapy. Basis of her teaching is the flowing style of Vinyasa Yoga with the emphasis on Pranayama and meditation. Yoga does not have a certain way or style for her, but is an individual practice path.
Movement and body as an instrument to create harmony have always been an integral part of her life. Gaia studied classical, modern and contemporary dance for 16 years. Inspired by Vinyasa Yoga her teaching style emphasizes body awareness and alignment, focussing the attention on cultivating sensibilty, honesty and concentration on the mat and in life. When teaching, Gaia’s focus is to guide students towards having the confidence and understanding to develop a self-practice and to personally experience the transformative power of yoga.
For over 10 years you can find nomad heart Katrin regularly on the mat. In the yoga practice, she found peace and strength from the very beginning – serenity and gratitude followed. The desire being able to pass that to others has initiated her doing a yoga teacher training in 2013 in India at the Ashiyana Yoga Centre and aroused her interest in yoga and holistic life approaches. Additionally it is Katrin’s heartfelt concern to integrate yoga into a normal life, to practice with fun and joy and to submit no overlying strict dogmas.
“In my practice and my teaching, I emphasize on biomechanical orientation, which brings change through introspective that allows us to master our daily life dynamically but yet calmly. Physical and mental well-being. This is yoga. On the mat and off the mat! Trained in yoga therapy, I also teach students with limitations and find individual paths in the yoga practice and for everyday life.” Henriette teaches Anusara orientated yoga at all levels, with the goal of building a bridge between mat and everyday life together with her students.
Katrin is particularly fascinated by the healing power of yoga, which is created by the combination of breath, mind and movement and, besides physical relaxation, leads to inner peace and serenity. In her clearly structured and partly demanding classes, Katrin attaches great importance to giving each student sufficient space for his or her individual needs and to discover the many facets of yoga for themselves. Katrin teaches a powerful Vinyasa Yoga at various studios in Berlin.
As a traveling yoga teacher, Feli’s mission is to inspire and motivate as many people as possible in their own yoga practice. “Yoga is my basis for a happy, healthy and self-determined life in the here and now – that’s what I call YOGALICITY :)” The roots of her yoga education lie in classical hatha yoga. This was followed by further education in the areas of yoga therapy, Yin Yoga and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. In addition to dynamic yoga, she is passionate about teaching Yin Yoga because she is fascinated by the healing and transforming power of this yoga style.
I went to a 5-day Yoga retreat in Marrakech in December and enjoyed every second. The organization through Nosade was perfect and so a feeling of security developed during the entire journey up to the (wistful) departure. Already during the booking process organized by Anica, the individual wishes and needs are queried and you get suggestions for activities, which you can also book at the same time. Also during the stay Anica and Yidir are always accessible and can give another good (insider) tips for great places in Marrakesh. I was accommodated in the Chambre d'Amis. A very great, cute riad with a super friendly and helpful team. The roof terrace is simply a dream and at the latest at the breakfast on the same at the pleasant 20 degrees in December the sun is in the heart. The yoga praxis takes place twice a day. The morning session we did mostly on the roof terrace, the exercise in the evening in the fireplace in front of the open fire. The yoga praxis was simply super! Katrin asked for special wishes / goals before each hour, and then adapted the hour individually. She has a very pleasant way and you can follow her through the exercises. It also teaches to take borders and "take the drama out". After each end relaxation you felt equal 2 cm larger.
Absolutely recommendable is the trip to the "Paradis du Safran", which I had booked immediately. Here, in front of the gates of Marrakesh is actually a small paradise emerged, which is definitely worth a visit. Just the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains in the background is breathtaking. It is also worthwhile to take part in the offered cookery course. I did this in the riad where I stayed, with the cooks of the riad. One could then gain an insight, we the two kitchen fairies the sensationally delicious dinner, which we usually took in the riad. A special highlight was the previous purchase of the ingredients in the souk. This I did with Maria, the director of the Riad, who showed me during this shopping trip so many great people and corners of the Souk.
5 days of yoga and culture in the middle of Marrakesh. In addition to 2 times daily yoga, one day visit of the main sights was planned. The city is really beautiful and Gaia taught her yoga with a lot of passion and calm. The breakfast and the dinner we ate together. The rest of the day could be customized, eg with a visit to Hamam. After these five days of Marrakesh, I was reluctant to leave and would like to go to the desert. Nosade, above all Ydir, who took care of us, did so very committed and reliable.
