During this week, you will explore what Sadhana truly is. You will reflect on what Sadhana can mean for you personally and how it can support you in staying rooted amidst life’s challenges. You will learn how to create a personal practice that is nourishing, sustainable, and aligned with your life and values—a practice that becomes your foundation, your anchor, and your way of living.

Sadhana is not about perfection, performance, or doing more.

It is about remembering who you are, honoring your truth, and taking care of your body, mind, and heart.

One day could look like this:

Mornings in silence

Retreat location

Nestled high in the mountains of the Portuguese Algarve, Bodhi Bhavan offers awe-inspiring views of the Monchique Mountains, which mark the boundary between Algarve and Alentejo. The property is a sanctuary, surrounded by lush, blooming gardens, and features both an indoor yoga shala and a serene outdoor swimming pool, harmoniously integrating with the natural beauty of the landscape.

The nearby town of Monchique is filled with quaint cobblestone streets, providing a picturesque setting for leisurely strolls. Additionally, the stunning southern coast of the Algarve is just a 30-minute drive away, offering you the opportunity to enjoy the region’s spectacular beaches.

The retreat package includes brunch and dinner. There will also be nuts and fruits as snacks during the day.

How to get there

Arrival by shuttle

Once the retreat is coming closer, Hannah and Nina will support you in organizing rental cars or a shuttle service so that the transportation from the airport to the property will be as easy as possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 35% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 8 days before arrival.
