Richard Dunne
Richard took his first yoga class in India back in 2005 and was immediately amazed by the mental clarity, body-awareness and increase in flexibility that he felt after only a few days of practice. He found that any day that started with yoga was infinitely more productive and rewarding than a day without. In 2015, Richard completed his first 200hrs of teacher training in India then decided to commit to yoga full-time. He returned to Asia where he has been ever since, volunteering in ashrams, taking his next 300hrs of teacher training and working at various studios and retreats.

Manuela Kind
Yoga for Manuela is about cultivating a loving and kind connection with the body and mind, in order to live a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. Her wish as a teacher is to give you the opportunity to find out what a healthy life means for you: Her sessions are an invitation to re-connect with yourself and cultivating self-awareness through Yoga, Meditation and Reiki. Manuela strongly believes that Yoga not only happens on the mat, but it prepares you for the life off the mat: Yoga may affect the way you treat yourselves and others, the decisions you take and the life you choose to live.

"Best retreat!"
Everything from the beginning until the end was flawless. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and Morphay explained how everything works and showed me my room. The room was amazing, super clean and spacious. I really enjoyed esthetics of the resort, all details of interior and exterior design were eye pleasing, they created very relaxing atmosphere. Each room at the resort is separated by plants, which creates a lot of privacy. Included breakfast was amazing. I loved selection of teas at the restaurant which were available for self serve, it was perfect for me because I drink tea all day long and feel bad bugging staff to make me tea, I could just go anytime and do it myself. Food for lunch and dinner was incredible and staff was attentive and always made sure you are satisfied.
I’ve had the best yoga practice in my life, and I’m very picky when it comes to yoga practice: everything has to be the way I like- the atmosphere, teacher, teacher’s approach, voice, flow. And Navutu had it all! I truly enjoyed my classes with Sonia, and I wish I could practice with her now when I’m back home.
Free tuk tuk to the city was very handy, my driver Kasem (spelling?) was amazing, he was always so sweet and nice always smiling. I did tour to Angkor wat, Only tuk tuk was included and I regret I didn’t grab one of the guides once I got to Angkor wat. I recommend to book guide in advance or arrange with someone when you get to the point, many will offer their services.
