It is designed for people who are active but who haven’t yet stepped into their full athlete identity. Remember being a kid at camp. You didn’t know everyone. It felt a bit awkward at first. Then you played. You moved together. And somehow, those strangers became your people.

A few days in, something shifts. You’re laughing. You’re getting stronger. You’re sitting at sunset, the ocean stretching in front of you… And you catch yourself thinking: Why don’t I live like this more often?

A typical day looks like:

  • Morning: 1h-1h30 movement session (handstands / flexibility / calisthenics)
  • Late morning: homemade buffet breakfast
  • Midday: 2h life design workshop or free time
  • Afternoon: surf, chill or local side quest
  • Sunset: 1h-1h30 restorative sessions (yoga / breathwork / athlete visualization)
  • Evening: Traditional Moroccan dinner together

The full week will look like:

  • Saturday: opening circle and 1h Vinyasa session
  • Sunday: 1h handstand, 2h life design workshop, and sunset excursion
  • Monday: full day of surf and 1h flexibility/mobility
  • Tuesday: 1h handstand, 2h life design workshop, and afternoon excursion
  • Wednesday: full day of surf, 1h flexibility/mobility, and group games
  • Thursday: 1h calisthenics, sunset excursion, and Restorative yoga
  • Friday: 1h handstand, 2h life design workshop, closing circle, and last night party
  • Saturday: departure
