Mindful Motion Yoga

Dean is an alignment-based instructor whose 15-plus years of experience as a personal trainer have given him deep insight into the biomechanics of yoga postures (asanas). His classes are often strength-focused and infused with a positive, encouraging energy, inviting each student to offer their best in the moment. Dean teaches a variety of styles, ensuring no one is left behind, and has been living a yoga lifestyle since 2016 and teaching since 2018.

Marialexis has completed extensive yoga training and courses around the world, including Traditional Himalayan Kriya Yoga in India, Inner Yoga, and Multi-Style Yoga (Ashtanga, Hatha/Vinyasa). Her love for yoga and movement began in 2015, alongside her aspiration to reconnect with nature and transcend with others through the healing of mind, body, and soul. Leading with compassion, awareness, and knowledge, Marialexis’s classes are designed to awaken, strengthen, and cleanse the subtle, physical, and energetic body.
