Program
What if you could stop performing, pleasing, pushing and just be?
The Possible Man is a 4-day men’s retreat on the wild Portuguese coast where you’re invited to slow down, reconnect with your body, and meet yourself with truth and kindness, away from the noise, the roles, the pressure to hold it all together.
You’ll wake to the scent of sea air, the rhythm of breath and movement, and the quiet invitation to begin your day without urgency. Mornings are spacious, anchored in mindfulness practices, gentle yoga, or dynamic breathwork. There’s time for stillness, time for silence, time that’s just yours.
Throughout the day, we explore presence through the body: cold plunges and sauna to awaken your senses, coastal walks and surf to meet the ocean’s pulse, and embodiment rituals to help your nervous system soften and feel safe again. Each man chooses his pace. There is no pressure to perform.
In our circles, we share stories not because we must, but because we want to. We speak when we’re ready, we stay quiet when we need. The space is held with deep care. No one is here to fix you. You are not a project, you are a person, worthy of being met exactly as you are.
Meals are shared in intimacy and silence. Laughter comes naturally, not forced. Conversations bloom without needing to impress. In the evenings, we gather around the fire to sit, to listen, to feel the sacred in the ordinary.
This retreat isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you already are.
You’ll leave lighter, clearer, more grounded, and above all, more connected. To your body. To your truth. And to a small circle of men walking the same path: not toward dominance or performance, but toward presence, care, and real life.
What Makes This Retreat Special
Unlike performative or mythic retreats, this is a grounded, therapeutic space for modern men. No roles. Just presence.
This retreat offers something many don’t: a space for men to drop the mask, reconnect with their body, and feel truly safe. It’s not primal, not performative - it’s present.
You’ll return home with tools for real life, clarity in your nervous system, a softened heart, with real emotional clarity, embodied tools for daily life, and the quiet power of knowing you’re not alone in your truth.
Guests are invited to arrive on Friday between 15:00 and 17:00 for check-in and settling in. The first group activity begins at 19:00 with a welcoming circle and light dinner, so please arrive on time to not miss the opening.
The retreat follows a structured flow, but participation in all activities is not mandatory. Moments of rest and personal space are respected. However, guests are encouraged to engage fully to benefit from the complete experience.
There are no full days off, but each day includes generous breaks and optional sessions for integration or rest.
The last activity ends on Monday at 14:30, followed by a light closing snack. Check-out is by 15:30.
