Michael Freeman is a Power yoga and inversions instructor. Powerful, energising, and playful, Michael’s classes use yoga as a moving meditation to invigorate the body and sharpen the mind for deeper self-awareness. Expect to sweat through a dynamic flow, focusing on building physical and mental strength, but also having fun along the way. with a balance of strength and flexibility, his classes are rooted in the astanga-based system but complemented with elements from rocket and dharma yoga that have informed his own practice over time.
