Martina is a yoga teacher and Thai massage therapist with a decade of experience guiding students into deeper connection with their bodies and breath. She trained in India and Thailand, grounding her work in traditional teachings while keeping her approach accessible and heartfelt. Her expertise spans Hatha Vinyasa, Acroyoga, and Yin yoga, weaving strength, playfulness, and stillness into a balanced practice. Whether in class or in massage sessions, Martina creates a welcoming space where students of all levels can unwind, explore, and reconnect with themselves.
