Nina Briot
With a playful and joyful approach, Nina likes to invite people to step beyond their comfort zones, both on and off the mat. Her sessions blend invigorating and dynamic flows with gentleness of yin, flexibility and connective tissue release exercises. While her roots lie in traditional Hatha yoga, following the lineage of Swami Sivananda, her journey led her to explore a myriad of styles, weaving together ancient practices such as Ashtanga and Hatha with newer forms like Embodiment, Yin and Aerial yoga. Additionally, Nina incorporates contemporary myofascial release and mobility techniques.
Anita Stadelmann
From a young age, Anita followed her father through the forests and trails of the Jura mountains. She continued to discover little pockets of paradise by riding her road bike or mountain bike. In 1998, she started working in a bank, but the call of the mountains was too strong! A few years later, she left for Valais and began training as a ski instructor. It was in Nendaz that she decided to settle down. Being in nature represents freedom for her. Moving is a passion, and respect for nature is a conviction. That's why, in 2010, she decided to pursue training to become a mountain guide.
