Claire is an experienced sports therapist and personal trainer, as well as a GB age group duathlete. She is passionate about making your running as efficient as possible to minimize the risk of injury and potentially, to make you faster!

Matt Holland

Matt simply likes running, the thoughts and feelings that come when the body is in motion, and especially park run, which, he thinks, ticks all key boxes, for health, harmony, and happiness.
