Elin Lindqvist
Elin is a multilingual Vinyasa yoga instructor. She likes to adapt her classes and flows to the specific needs and levels of her students, always listening in and being ready to make modifications. Working towards peak poses that are adapted to your level, yoga in her eyes is first and foremost about having fun and letting the inner child run free. Her Vinyasa flows can be physically challenging for those who want it to be or relaxing for those who need it to be. She believes in finding the right balance in well-being; appreciating all that life has to offer in a healthy body and strong mind.
Ophélie Colas des Francs
Ophélie is a WSET Level 3 certified professional, a qualification focused on wine tasting and knowledge of vineyards worldwide. She leads workshops introducing Bordeaux wines and the secrets of blending. She is also, of course, in charge of food and wine pairings for the guest table.
