8 Day Yoga and Clay Retreat in Malia, Crete, Greece
Yoga and Clay Retreat in Greece
Join Laura Lenhardt for a week of yoga, creativity, and Mediterranean slow living on the island of Crete. Yoga and clay complement each other in a beautiful way. Yoga helps you arrive in the body through movement and breath. Working with clay brings the same presence into the hands. Both practices invite focus, curiosity, and a slower pace. On Crete, surrounded by sea and Mediterranean nature, this rhythm unfolds naturally. In the morning, you move and practice yoga. Later, you work with clay, explore shapes, and create with your hands. Together, these practices open space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the process. A week to move, create, and recharge by the sea.

Program
During this week, participants explore the connection between movement and making. Yoga invites a deeper arrival into the body, while working with clay offers a hands-on way to express creativity.
