Kacey Smith
The retreat will be led by Kula Yoga’s Founder, Kacey Smith. Kacey has led many overseas and local retreats and can’t wait to practice in paradise with you. She sees the mat as a powerful source we can plug into, to spark a positive and healthy life. She values the blissful mind-body connection that continuously inspires her to practice and teach. Her love for travel led her to Canada where she completed her teacher training in Hot yoga and Power Vinyasa before adding Yin yoga and meditation to her repertoire on her return to Melbourne.
