Lana Yang
Aspiring to be “easeful, resilient, and purposeful in body, mind, and soul,” Lana brings this spirit into all she shares. With nearly 20 years of experience and certifications in Ashtanga Flow, Anusara Yoga, and Somatic & Therapeutic Bodywork, she weaves heart, humor, and healing into her teachings. Living with Scoliosis inspired her love for breath and therapeutic movement. She’s led over 30 unique retreats with yogis, artists, dancers, sound healers, and eco-warriors. Lana believes wellness grows from mindful thoughts, words, and actions. Off the mat, she loves mountain biking and acroyoga.

Yoga has made me a student of my body and my life. Whether faced with illness or trauma, yoga provides tools to overcome difficulties. With over 25 years of teaching experience, I bring this life experience and a sense of humor into all my classes. I am a yoga guide. You are your own best teacher. Rooted in Sivananda yoga, I focus on breathing, kriya, and relaxation, and am a certified Yoga Therapist.

Inspired by her own desire to attain a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle, Amanda's passion for spa and wellness began 20 years ago with an International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) qualification in Holistic Massage, Beauty Specialist, Complementary Diet and Nutrition and Certified Tibetan Vibrational Singing Bowls Practitioner.
