Karuna Yoga provides a 100-hour online yoga teacher training course, completely student-centered, authentic comprehensive approach to Hatha yoga. This training program has been properly structured keeping in mind the diversity of students based on their mental and physical capabilities. You will be gradually encouraged in a supportive atmosphere to strengthen your learning, practicing, and teaching skills. Pre-application requirements
Please install Zoom to attend the live sessions. You will also need a yoga mat, computer/tablet or smartphone, internet connection, pen, and notebook. Props are also recommended but not mandatory to have. All levels are welcome.
Certifications
To receive the 100-hour certificate as a yoga teacher, you must complete a written exam and submit a video demonstrating your skills and knowledge while teaching a yoga class.
How the training works
There will be 80 non-contact hours of pre-recorded and 20 contact hours of live sessions via Zoom, live classes every week, and two Q&A sessions every weekend. You will also have 80 non-contact hours for self-study and assignments.

Join this 100-hour live streaming yoga teacher training class with experienced yoga teachers. Start your course with online classes, study, and practice. Get certified like in the residential yoga teacher training programs. This online 100-hour yoga teacher training is suitable for yoga beginners and intermediate level students, so that you can complete the yoga training at your pace. The yoga masters are highly qualified and will help you throughout the course. At the end of the training module, a set of questionnaires and online practice exams will be sent to the candidate, and after that, a certificate will be mailed to the candidate by Karuna Yoga.

The objective of the TTC course is to provide beginners and experienced yoga students with strong practical and theoretical experience. This will enable them to perform Hatha Yoga practices with perfection and correct alignment. Trainee will be required to engage in self-study and submit daily and weekly assignments on the basis of the day’s lectures and discussions. Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

Dr . S. Karuna Murthy
Dr. Karuna served as a yoga therapist at S-VYASA, Bangalore, as a yoga lecturer at Bharathidasan University, and overseas as a yoga instructor at Cali wow fitness center. Dr. S. Karuna Murthy has completed an M.Sc in Yoga from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samasthana University and Ph. D from Bharathidasan University, also 200-hour teacher training course, and 500-hour advanced teacher training course, and to registered E-RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance (USA), which reflects his in-depth knowledge and expertise in the context of yoga.
