This is done through dedication, meditative awareness, and integrating mind, body, and breath. With 10 years of practice and devotion to yoga, Chinese medicine, and the concepts of yogic philosophy and mindfulness meditation throughout Asia, she brings respect for the mystery of life and encourages all her students to practice with an open mind.
