IO Transformation

I was fortunate to participate in the Maui Scalar Room overnight retreat. What a wonderful experience. I found the Tempur-Pedic cot and recommended eye mask very conducive to sleep which is of major importance to me, as my pain issues typically make sleep a hit or miss experience. I found the Energy Enhancement System™ nourishing and sensed some of my arthritic pain melt away.

And this brings me to my favorite part of the retreat, Kathy Jones’ sound bath. The musical vibrations let me slip into a deep meditative state that definitely added to the overall healing effect of the weekend.

I also liked the opening meditations and grounding practice. I am using them as part of my self-care routine and find them helpful in reducing the impact of other people’s stress on me.

What an incredible value. In such a short time I gained so very much.

The content and the instructor’s knowledge about it. Star gazing experience was awesome and breathtaking!! Trip to Iao valley was remarkable and picnicking at the valley was memorable 😊
