Andrea Schauer
Andrea is the founder of Insync Club, a 500-hour-certified yoga teacher, mental health coach, and nutritionist. Known for her creative, transformative, and holistic approach, she blends Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, and Yin to create deeply immersive classes. Passionate about guiding others toward greater well-being, she seamlessly integrates movement, mindfulness, and nutrition to support a balanced and fulfilling life. Andrea has traveled the world, learning from diverse teaching traditions in Costa Rica, New Orleans, San Francisco, Bali, and London.
Tina
Tina is an Austrian yoga instructor who teaches in Salzburg and hosts workshops and retreats all around Austria. With her profound knowledge of the anatomical body and functions of the human brain, combined with the Indian philosophical and spiritual guidance, her teaching will go deep into your muscles and mind. Having been taught by Indian teachers, she teaches a very traditional yoga yet focused on the needs of today’s busy lives.
