A Wondrous Time in Corfu
That'a a very hard question to answer, because everything was great. If pressed, however, I'd say their open and undogmatic approach to yoga. I loved the daily chanting, meditation sessions, discussions, sharing and
togetherness. I felt part of a wonderful community. I particularly loved the injection of beautiful singing at the end of some asana classes - stunning. Thank you so much, folks!

Wonderful retreat
Athina and Cedric have built a wonderful environment to enjoy a week of yoga practice, meditation, chanting and delicious food. Our instructors - Sally and Raphael - were both excellent. We had a really good group and the communal meal times were a real highlight. I'd highly recommend INEA Yoga.

Inea Yoga is such a special place, each and every person who works there is so kind and helpful. There is a perfect balance between active and restorative classes and I got the opportunity to try several new experiences like Kirtan, sound baths and even an ecstatic dance session on the last night which was one of my highlights and such a special experience to be part of. The Apartments are simple but beautiful and have a variety of different outdoor areas to sunbathe or read a book. The food was simply delicious with unbelievable variety and creativity. Wendy & Rebecca were wonderful teachers and Mairi looked after us so well from start to finish. A beautiful week with beautiful people ♥️

Traumhafte Yoga-Woche

What an amazing week. It was exactly what I was hoping for .
The set up, the warm hospitality from everyone, staff, instructors. Loved my room, so cozy and a beautiful view. The level of yoga classes for me was perfect, just enough to push myself. The food was amazing, everyday different. The added workshops such as the mala necklace was so relaxing. I m telling you, if you are looking for a yoga retreat, look no further.

A yoga retreat NOT to miss.
I have been to many yoga retreats but this one surpasses them all. I booked it not realising how spiritual my week would be there as I only focused on the location and dates fitting. The premises were beautifully laid and thought out with style. The food was amazing and lots of it. The coffee bar a treat but the teaching was amazing and there was lots of that too. Early meditations at 8am then yoga before brunch, then a nice gap to allow time on the beach or exploring the island, before a 4pm workshop that blew my mind and made me think differently about myself and my own path, followed by a wonderful Yin class. Dinner followed then the evening ended by a wonderful Mantra chanting class that was just magical. The week was packed with teachings and experiences I had only ever touched on and the guidance by Cedric and Athena is so strong, yet kind and gentle at the same time. I got so much out of the week that I was not expecting. The group of people drawn to it were beautiful and fun and this was all facilitated by a well structured and balanced schedule run by a very knowledgeable and dedicated couple Cedric and Athena.

Yoga in Corfu
The food was amazing - both breakfast and dinner were healthy and delicious with a variety of dishes. There was a wide range of activities but never any pressure to attend. If you are looking to connect to a community, to practice holistic yoga with beautiful music, chanting, singing, and finding inner peace, this retreat will do this for you. Athina and Cedric are so knowledgeable about yoga, I really didn’t want to leave. There are many hotels that have pools free to the public if you order a drink but the beaches are also very nice with crystal clear water. It’s also much calmer than other areas of the island and I highly recommend doing the boat tour, which was the highlight of my week there outside of the yoga practices.

Expanding awareness 🧘🏾♀️🕉🪷
First, I really liked the charming town of St. George - it has nothing, but it has everything. Masterful silence, clear and cool sea, warm and authentic people, one supermarket and a Greek tavern.
So, beyond the environmental space that was accurate, the teachers with the Professional and authentic teaching and the pleasant practices and generally the content at the retreat enabled an internal look at the habits, thoughts and feelings that I aspired to see more clearly so that I could change and lower another layer for myself to have more flow in my life.
So the magic together with the cosmic energy took place. I am hugely grateful, with a big heart for this empowering experience. Thanks to everyone who participated and contributed. Definitely worth coming back and charging again.
Athina, You are a good soul who spreads a lot of light and heart around you. Special thanks for everything.
Namaste 🧡❤️💙💚💜

Wonderful retreat
This Inea yoga retreat offered everything I hoped it would and on top of that gave me much more. Athina and Cedric's dedication to their craft was evident through out this beautifully organized and well-balanced retreat.
The week I attended was a mantra singing special and I hope that Athina and Cedric will continue hosting them, so that you also get the chance to attend one! It was truly magical and opened me up to the world of mantra singing (and I’m a person that’s normally very self conscious about singing).
I also got the chance to meet some truly amazing people in my group, which I’m very grateful for!

Better than I had ever expected!
Just got home from this retreat and I can honestly say this has been an amazing experience for me. Athina and Cedric are such kind and loving people. They have an amazing strength to create a loving and calm environment through which I was able to reconnect with myself and find some inner peace. Their knowledge of yoga is very rich, the classes were fantastic, the music was beautiful and the food was amazing. The people I met during my retreat were the sweetest, something I'll never forgot.
Last, but not least, the staff at Andriana Corfu Appartments was very sweet and were always willing to help you out. Thanks a lot to everyone for making this such an amazing trip! Would definitely recommend and will definitely return to this paradise on earth!

One week wholeness
What an amazing temple where I could experience my first yoga retreat. I really was able to connect again with my self, found more inner peace and centered myself. The other participants were also very smart people. Love energy was very high and energetically this spot is on a high level. Mindfulness from the organizers and participants had a high meaning. I will visit this place again, probably in 2023. Thank you so much for being at this lovely place.

Great experience!
Athina and Cedric created a very magical place with so much love, compassion and good energy! Athina and Cedric are very authentic in their jobs and they hold an awesome yoga space, yet they also are very nice and grounded people to hang out with in between yoga classes or during the excursions.
The excursions, activities and workshops that were planned have been delightful and very fitting into the schedule. We saw much of the island on the boat trip, absolutely recommend!, and had still enough time to ourselves during the week. I loved that there were always two yoga classes daily, always with a different focus and style ( focusing on a yang practice in the morning & more yin practice in the evening). The food was exceptionally delicious, one of the best food I have been served in a yoga retreat so far! Always fulfilling, enough for everyone and many vegan options!!!

Amazing week at Inea Yoga!
This is a lovely place with really nice and welcoming people running it. After a couple of days there I felt like at home. I did the flexible retreat which meant I had one or two yoga sessions during the day (plus amazing breakfast and dinners!!) and then free time to explore the island. It was the perfect combination of having a structure and meeting people but also free time on my own. Cedric and Athina are amazing hosts and they were always helpful and did what was in their hands to make my stay better. I highly recommend it!

Perfect location for the beach
Loved the location as it was near a picturesque quiet sandy beach which was perfect for swimming in the sea. Gardens very pretty, food excellent and all teachers very welcoming. My spotlessly clean room was beautifully decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. I enjoyed my stay so much that I changed my flight so I could stay an extra day.

An amazing week
Incredible what a difference just 5 days at Inea yoga could do! The teaching is top notch, Athina and Cedric are completely committed to tailoring a program that specifically responds to the needs of the attendees, from the style of yoga day to day to the workshops and meditations offered. From the moment I arrived I felt held in a truly safe and nurturing space. The food is great, the beach is nearby, the rooms are spotless. I enjoyed all the workshops and am so glad to have made my Mala to remind me of a magical time! Thank you for this labour of love Athina and Cedric ✨
