They offer different types of therapies:

Ayurvedic full body massage: An Ayurvedic massage can provide numerous benefits, such as relieving pain, improving circulation, stimulating and strengthening the lymphatic system, and opening the flow of prana to clean and revitalize the body.

Shirodhara: Counteracts the effects of stress. The benefits of shirodhara kick off as an ideal treatment for reducing high levels of mental stress, reducing anxiety, awakening intuition, improving sleep quality, and pacifying Vata dosha.

Marma point massage: Enhances immunity, clears emotional blockages, increases energy levels, provides pain relief, improves digestion, assimilation, and elimination, encourages deep, revitalizing sleep, increases circulation to the skin, and amplifies creativity.

Potli massage (bundle massage): Alleviates doshas, pain, and body stiffness, helping the body to clear waste and toxins, leaving the body rejuvenated. It is especially useful for relieving pain, stiffness, and numbness, preventing aging, improving skin quality by adding shine and luster, and reducing body weight.

Upper back basti: Increases circulation, nourishes tissues and muscles in the neck region, helps re-align the spine, relieves pain in the neck and shoulders, reduces tension and stiffness, releases anxiety, and brings stability to the mind and emotions.

Head and neck massage: Relieves stress and reduces tension. It may also ease migraine or headache pain, lower blood pressure, improve circulation to your head and neck, promote hair growth, and release stiffness and tension in the neck area.

Knee basti: Helps calm pain. The warm oil poured over the knee joints helps them relax and effectively address joint pain, dissipates stiffness, increases circulation, improves mobility and flexibility, lowers inflammation, and strengthens knee joints.

Urdhwarthnam: Reduces excess fat in the body, increases the stability of the extremities, improves body complexion, leads to a sense of lightness in the body, eliminates bad body odor due to excessive sweating, and helps with conditions like diabetes, obesity, and lymphatic congestion.

Nasyam: Cleanses sinuses. The process effectively soothes the nasal passage and clears the sinuses to promote breathing, heals migraines and headaches, expels mucus buildup, improves voice, releases toxins, and improves health.

Eye basti: Relieves eye tension, weak eyesight (both mechanical and perceptual), dryness, irritation, redness, and burning in the eyes. This therapy also nourishes the nervous system through the eyeball’s direct link to the brain and helps soothe away wrinkles with regular care.

Arrival by airplane

You need to arrive at the New Delhi airport. You can also get a connecting flight from New Delhi to Dehradun Airport which is very close to Rishikesh (30 minutes by taxi). Taxis can be booked through us from both airports at the actual cost.
