"Great experience "
It was a very intense time for me. The teachers were very competently with a great knowledge.
We were a group of only 3 people at the end, for me it was good, but of course for the school they need more people and I can really recommend to join the teacher training at hari om Yoga vidya school.
Also the food was really awesome and the smile of the friendly stuff.

I had a wonderful time in Hari Om Yoga Vidya school. We learned a lot about ashtanga yoga, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, hatha yoga, yoga philosophy. Teachers were great, esspecially Som, the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Anatomy teacher. He gave us so much information about adjustments and modifications and how to use them properly. The food was very tasty and the accommodation clean. Pramod and his family made us all feel great and the most welcomed. I really enjoyed every second being there. 🙏💓

"A yoga journey, not a teacher training "
My experience at Hari Om yoga school was as intense as I anticipated. I enjoyed all the classes and the 200hr training course solidified my personal yoga practice.
I am really pleased that I took 4 weeks to focus on my yoga journey. The school provided a good learning environment, with support from Pramod (headteacher).

"An amazing experience I wouldn’t want to miss"
Very nice and dedicated teachers, amazing food, tough program..definetly worth it :)
from Cambodia, May 2018
All teachers were very dedicated and passionate about yoga, and very willing to share this. The course was continually challenging which is what we were looking for. I especially appreciated the anatomy component which looked at anatomy from western science and eastern yogic angles, relating it to asana, pranayama and meditation.
Facilities and accomodation was perfect, super comfortable and definitely the best indian food in Rishikesh. All the staff in the hotel/school were so lovely and I will miss talking with them over meals.
Pramod ji is wonderful and really cares that about our learning and comfort. We learnt many lessons from him in kindness and compassion also.
I'd definitely recommend this school over others 😊
from United Arab Emirates, December 2017
The head teacher, Pramod is very attentive opened for changes (e.g. they changed our anatomy teacher without informing us in advance. Once we requested the first teacher back, Pramod organized it.) Dance classes were also organized in the evenings for free of charge what was a great opportunity.
Not every schools offer Ayurveda class, I loved our Ayurveda classes and found them useful.
The kitchen staff was just lovely. I enjoyed the cooking class a lot. They prepared separated food to those students who did not like any spice at all.
The laundry service was very good.
Pramod and Mahesh invited us to a wedding, and organized our transportation. It was a really great experience. Thank you.
The school is located close to the Ganga river and many other point of interests( Try out Pure Soul Caffe and Ramada's Garden). The yoga hall with the balcony is great and the rooftop at the dining area is spectacular.

"A special month"
I arrived to india with many concerns, fortunately none were meeting reality. In Rishikesh the atmosphere is special, the school turned out to be a very comfy stay. The manager is a patient man with your interest at heart. To our asking he added an excursion day.
The teachers were chosen carefully and the program was planned with the interest of teaching us a broad understanding of the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga.
I especially admire the Ashtanga teacher and the anatomy and physiology one.
We were 15 students for the whole month plus 3 who arrived for the 100 hr training. Friendships were forming among us, and each one was going through their own journey. It wad a special experience and I think many people can benefit from it.
from Canada, October 2017
The teachers, support staff and Pramod were all very friendly and eager to make the stay a comfortable one. Class schedule was consistent and classes progressed logically with well laid out objectives. Food was as expected and was delicious in opinion. The astanga teacher in particular was clear and very respectful and if Hari Om Yoga Vidya had a 300 or 500 hour program with him I would be signing up immediately.

"Herzliche und familiäre Yoga Schule "
Pramod, his family and the staff...everyone was just super nice, always asking if we're alright or need any help. I felt comfortabel in the school from the very first day! The building is really nice, the highlight is the rooftop with the beautiful view of the mountains! The food they served us daily was plenty and delicious! My room was very nice, with all the necessities.
Pramod organized some day trips on our free sundays! We went together with him and his family to a waterfall. The other sunday he booked us a rafting trip which was so much fun!
In this month I just learned so much! The teachers have been amazing, I loved every single one as all of them have been very special! They teached us a lot, and the yoga hall provided a nice studying place. I loved it when the monkeys passed by the windows during class
I could keep on writing....there are just so many beautiful experiences and memories I collected in this month at hari om yoga school!
Thank you very much!

"Great stay at Hari Om"
Hari Om was great - its like staying with a family that really cares. We had a great small group of 10 of us which was perfect as you spent a lot of time with the instructors and get a lot of personal instruction. The accommodation is clean and simple and every one is very friendly professional and kind. Pramod even took our group into the jungle to complete our classes for the day and it was a very beautiful day out! The kitchen guys are great - they make a delicious chai tea to die for! Thanks all of Hari Om for the experience!

I liked the friendly environment and all the support from the owner.
from United States, December 2017
The instruction here was very good. I would recommend the 200 hour course over the 100 as it is much more complete. The pickup from Delhi option is smooth and easy and everyone at the school is willing to help

"OK if you just want to practise, doesn't prepare teachers"
The school is in a good location and most of the staff are lovely and very kind. The rooms are nice (although my bathroom was probably due an upgrade) and and having balcony was great. I loved Vikal's classes and Ashtanga with Som was good too.

"Enlightenment in Rishikesh"
Pramod runs a great program, so much more than the western style of yoga I have become accustomed too. The course program covers many aspects and focuses on the origins of yoga and the ancient practises. Every lesson was interesting and informing and the pool of instructors were all excellent.
The food and accommodation were good and the location of the center is really ideal, just a short walk to the bridge, Ganges, shopping and cafes.
I will be returning when time allows to continue on my path to enlightenment.
from Germany, March 2018
When I decided to do the yoga teacher license at Hari Om Yoga Vidya School I expected to learn the basics of the traditional Yoga, how to teach it to others & to have an inspiring time in India.
In the end I got so much more:
The teacher & the staff are all absolutely heart- warming & supporting in any concern.
At Hari Om Yoga Vidya School we had well structured practise & theory classes, furthermore the school is situated in a very nice area in Rishikesh, so there are nice places to see around.
The food, rooms & staff were just better than expected & I’m looking forward to come back & continue with my yoga journey.
Thank you so much for everything Hari Om Family!
from Belgium, February 2018
