Fleur Hofstra
Fleur and her husband Rick sold their home and belongings to begin an open-ended world journey, where they explored cultures and teachings from Thailand, India, Bolivia, and Peru. With a background as a marketing manager at PUMA and later as an independent strategist, Fleur shifted her path after this experience and her own health challenges, leading her to study Ayurveda and yoga in India. Drawing from these experiences, she founded Flick Retreats, creating programs focused on relaxation, healthy living, and personal growth.
