Esin Demirel

I’m Esin, founder of Sein Yoga. With over 15 years of dedicated yoga practice and teaching, I offer spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and return to what really matters. My teaching is rooted in mindful movement, presence, and inner exploration. Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Tibetan Healing Yoga, I integrate body awareness, breath, and meditation—always with a gentle, grounded, heart-centered approach. Influenced by Vipassana meditation and my work as a school teacher, I guide with clarity, depth, and compassion. I teach primarily in German, but integrate English as needed.

Monika Lehn is a skipper, sailing coach, and systemic consultant from Cologne. For many years, she has been accompanying people on the water and through change processes - with calm, mindfulness, and joy in being on the move together. On her trips, relaxed sailing, nature experiences, and small breaks from everyday life come together.
