This training is designed to create a balance between live learning, self-paced study, and personal practice, allowing participants to integrate the teachings in their own rhythm.
How the training works
5 weekends
The training takes place on Fridays and Saturdays, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the material while still keeping Sundays free for rest and integration.
All sessions will be recorded and available to participants, so if part of a Friday is missed due to work commitments, the material can be reviewed afterwards.

- 20 hours homework
Via Zoom from the comfort of your space (house pets are not obligatory but encouraged)
Daily/weekly schedule and time zone
- Live sessions (5 weekends): Interactive sessions including lectures, guided Yin practices, and group discussions. This is where key topics are explored together, and understanding is deepened
- Self-paced study: Review the recorded sessions, reading materials, and assignments that can be completed in your own time

Instructors
Deniz Coskun
Deniz is a yoga teacher, mentor, and sound therapist with a decade of experience teaching Yin and Hatha yoga internationally. His work focuses on Yin Yoga, meditation, and embodied anatomy, with a slow, inquiry-based approach that respects individual bodies, and he is currently based in Thailand, sharing the benefits of a slower-paced lifestyle.
Retreat location
This teacher training is held online. Embody Yoga is located in Surat Thani, Thailand, and they will live-stream yoga classes via Zoom, which you can participate in from the comfort of your home. The online sessions are scheduled to accommodate multiple time zones, including Europe (CET/CEST), the UK (GMT/BST), Asia, and Australia
