I'm Elena, I'm a registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher (900 certified hrs). I bring mindfulness in your life and help you to connect to your abundance source.

Elena Gaietta
Elena Gaietta has been a Yoga and Meditation Teacher since 2012, with over 900 hours of training certified by YANI and Yoga Alliance. She studied at international schools such as Integral Yoga (Level I and II diplomas, teaching for children and teenagers) and WPYS in India (advanced multi-style diploma and relaxation techniques). She has also deepened her practice of mindfulness with the MBSR protocol. With a degree in Economics and Business, after twenty years in the corporate sector, she changed her life, spreading Yoga philosophy and helping people to transform their lives into happiness.
