In-Depth Asana Practice

This 200-hour yoga teacher training is a path that will take you deeper into the transitions, yoga poses, refinements, alignments, as well as the way of holding the postures with much more confidence and self-awareness.

Expanded Breathwork

Here, you will learn great breathing techniques. You get to practice them daily and understand how they affect a person's daily life and health. You will learn how to practice and teach pranayama as an important aspect of a yogic journey.

Structured Mindfulness

Along with yoga, this training also teaches you different meditative practices in order to ensure mental clarity and inner strength. You will learn different methods of meditation and the techniques to teach them to others.

Yogic Philosophy

This is a platform that takes you to another level of yogic philosophy. You will explore much more about the philosophies of yoga and its principles, both theoretically and also practically. You will learn how to apply these yogic philosophies in your daily life to lead a yogic journey.

Detailed Anatomy

Now, a much deeper class will be given on yogic anatomy. You will learn about the mechanics of a human body and how one should perform yoga to prevent injury and what kind of yoga is suitable for a particular individual.

Teaching Methodology

Now after you learn all the important yogic concepts and practices included in the training program, you will be taught the teaching methodology. This will include the directions to design a full yogic class. You will get to understand your class, manage the energy of the class, and mentor a class; just mentor the class as a certified yoga teacher. You will get a chance. You will learn voice modulation and the whole technique.
