The course will last for three hours via Google Meet. It will give an outline of yoga's essence, content, practices, and ways to start your own practice.
- Section 1 - Introduction (You try to ask and answer why yoga)
- Section 2 - Introduction to Patanjali Yoga Sutra and its eight limbs
- Section 3 - Theory (Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi)
- Section 4 - Explanation of Yoga Kriya practice sequence
- Section 5 - Complete guided practice (one hour)
- Section 6 - Finish up with questions and support
