Program
You start the day energetically with a Vinyasa yoga class, followed by a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, you take time to reflect on what is moving you right now and what you want to let go of by writing about it. Not much of a writer? You are, of course, welcome to reflect on your intentions in another way! You close the day with a relaxing Yin yoga and yoga Nidra session. Little to no experience with yoga, but still want to join this retreat? You are most welcome! DancingWarriorYoga ensures that everyone can participate.

Instructors
Lisa van der Waal
Lisa is a yoga teacher with a mission: to make yoga down-to-earth and accessible. She shares her knowledge of yoga in a straightforward yet respectful way with everyone who takes her classes. Yoga doesn't have to be "too spiritual", and yoga is not for slim, flexible bodies only. She believes that yoga is for everybody. She would love to show you that yoga is also for you, no matter how stiff you think you are, how restless your mind is, or what physical or mental obstacles you may face. She is experienced in Yin yoga, Vinyasa yoga, yoga Nidra, trauma informed yoga and accessible yoga.
Retreat location
The experience will take place in Breda, North Brabant, Netherlands. Your classes will be provided in the garden room (with the garden). Zero Point is located within walking distance of Breda Station. There is a small parking lot where you can park your car for free. Please let them know in advance if you are coming by car so they can reserve a spot for you.
