Katie
Katie, from the UK, is an E-RYT 600-hour yoga teacher of Vinyasa and Therapeutic Yin. After years of practicing and facilitating yoga, she trained as a pilates instructor, and loves to combine the mindfulness of yoga with her pilates classes for a powerful but conscious workout. Katie has also studied Thai Massage and Reiki, as well as Sound Healing, and loves to incorporate sound into her yoga sessions.
