Liz Griffin is a senior yoga teacher, honorary professor, life coach, and a mentor. She first trained as a yoga teacher with the Sivanada School of Yoga in 2006. She then met Shiva Rea and spent six years intensively studying Shiva’s Prana Vinyasa Flow, gaining her 500 hrs certificate in 2012.
Suzy Brophy is a meditation leader, healer, and energy worker. Suzy’s meditations are accessible to everyone, including those who have no prior meditation experience, or felt that meditation is not for them. Suzy’s simple, yet rich and deep meditations will assist you to attain a sense of greater calm, happiness, self-value, and acceptance of who you are right there and now in the present moment.
Julia was educated in Bali, based in Germany with roots from Greece. After her Yoga Alliance certified teacher training in Bali, she started teaching yoga classes or personal in Bali, Germany, Spain, Greece, and Switzerland so far. The practice of Iyengar yoga gives her the opportunity to perform the asanas very accurately and to be able to develop the full effect on the body system in order to heal illnesses and ailments of her students. She combines that static poses with the flowing practice of Vinyasa to teach the never-ending flow of life.
Manu López is an Offshore Yachtmaster, chef, and writer. He has been working on his personal evolution for many years, trying to live consciously in the present. He is the author of the book, “Autobiography of a Castaway“ that resulted in a non-profit project. The book effectively imparts his knowledge and now Manu has the opportunity to share it through this new challenge. Thus, he is an interesting and stimulating crewmate.
Enric is a Yachtmaster Offshore, financial analyst, and business consultant. Enric has had a passionate relationship with the sea ever since childhood and has now decided to invest his time in his long-held dream; living on a catamaran, away from daily stresses. So he sets course to his north, through evolution and spiritual growth.
