Shelly began her yoga journey in Australia in 2009. Devoted to daily practice, she has trained worldwide in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Reiki, and Ayurveda. Shelley values purity of lineage, balance of movement and stillness, and connection to breath and mantra. She is deeply grateful to offer these heart-centered wellness practices to the world. She is beyond excited share her love of India on this journey to joy.

Ankur transitioned from a secure career in Mumbai to explore the unknown seven years ago. Since then, he has traveled across India, learning various healing practices from esteemed masters. Along the way, he discovered powerful forms of breathwork and other self-development practices, and after experiencing profound effects, he dedicated himself to serving others.
