Giulia Mezzogori
Giulia discovered yoga in 2020, embracing it as a path of self-discovery and well-being. She completed her first 200-hour Hatha-Vinyasa and Nada Yoga training in 2023, and in 2024, she embraced Ashtanga, deepening her practice with discipline and inspiration. She took a second 200-hour Vinyasa Krama certification in 2025. As certified sound healer, Giulia guides sound baths using vibration for inner transformation, weaving breath, movement, and sound to create holistic practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit.
Jesper Broden
Jesper Brodén, born in Stockholm, Sweden, has been a dedicated yoga and breathwork teacher since 2017. He is the founder of Brahmaki and has studied Black Lotus Vinyasa, deepening his understanding of traditional yoga practices. Jesper's teaching philosophy emphasizes the transformative power of yoga and breathwork, guiding individuals toward inner harmony and self-discovery. At the moment, he is either teaching in YTTs or dedicating his time to working on his brand.
