Geraldine probierte verschiedene Yogaformen aus und fand bald zu Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, einem sehr dynamischen Yogastil. Schon die erste Einheit verzauberte Geraldine, den Atem und einzelne Körperteile derart intensiv zu spüren und wahrzunehmen, verbunden mit einer enormen Zufriedenheit, Ruhe, Kraft und Klarheit. Yoga bereichert das ganze Leben auf der körperlichen, der geistigen und der spirituellen Ebene.
