Program

Expect cozy moments, inspiring landscapes, delicious meals, and space to breathe again. Perfect for anyone seeking clarity, balance, and renewed energy before the winter season begins. You will come back lighter, calmer, and fully rested. Meet you in Champery, Switzerland.

Walking/ Snow shoeing in this region means immersing yourself in authentic, fairy tale-like landscapes. This region breathes simplicity, coziness, and ‘la douceur pour le Coeur’ (open-hearted softness). During 3 days, you will take time to snowshoe/hike in the hidden corners of this Valley, not rushing anywhere, taking our time to appreciate the landscape, cultural life, human and nature connection.

In the mornings and afternoons, you will practice yoga and meditation to fully integrate your experience in the mountains. Not to forget that we will have a private Spa area with a sauna. Private chef Donata will spoil us with creative food that nourishes the body and soul. You will leave the retreat rejuvenated, nourished, rested, and full of energy to end the year and set powerful intentions for 2027.

Activities during the Alpine Reset retreat

  • Hiking or snowshoeing – depending on the conditions
  • Yoga and meditation
  • Nature Connection practices based on Shinrin Yoku
  • Sauna
  • 5 senses activation, including fire ritual

And most importantly- sharing the same experience with other humans, creating memories, and having fun!

Nature connection practices

Forest Therapy is the art of connecting with nature with your senses. It’s a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellbeing through immersion in forests and other natural environments.

Winter hiking and mindful walking

Open your eyes, activate your ears, slow down your feet, and walk. When you re-learn how to walk mindfully, you will never walk and see nature in the same way again. Be Outside Participants love this and share that this is a life-changing experience!

Yoga practice

The Yoga practice is open to all levels. The morning class focuses on waking up the body, stimulating the harmonious flow of energy in the muscles, joints, and organs. The evening class is aimed at offering a deep and relaxing state of mind.
