Breathwork and trauma awareness intensive retreat and teacher training course
Facilitator Training (Module 2) equips participants with the tools, techniques, and confidence to guide others on their breathwork and trauma healing journeys. In this immersive training, we explore the art of holding space, guiding others through their breathwork experience, and understanding the nuances of trauma-sensitive facilitation. As facilitators, you become the bridges to healing, helping individuals navigate their emotions and memories with the power of conscious breathing. Module 2 is a masterclass in empathy, communication, and creating a safe container for profound healing to unfold.
This training offers a comprehensive exploration of breathwork as a powerful tool for healing and transformation, with a strong focus on trauma awareness and integration. Guided by experienced teachers, you’ll gain practical skills and a deep understanding of the connection between breath, mind, body, and spirit. Through theory, experiential learning, and hands-on practice, you’ll learn to facilitate safe, transformative spaces for yourself and others, empowering profound shifts in consciousness and well-being.
This course not only enhances your professional skill set but also supports your personal growth. By combining trauma-informed techniques with breathwork, you’ll become a compassionate and resilient practitioner, capable of guiding others on their healing journeys with grace and knowledge.
