Julia is a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training from Ravis School of Yoga India (Hatha Yoga, 2020) and Namaste Yoga India (Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga in 2021), as well as Vinyasa Yoga Shala (Yin Yoga, 2022). She has experience teaching retreats and workshops across hotels and venues in Austria and Colombia. Her practice focuses on traditional Hatha yoga, integrating mindful breathing techniques and meditation for a holistic approach.
