Program
The experience
Two weeks in Agonda, a quiet beach in South Goa, where life moves at a different pace. Mornings begin simply - a walk to practice, meeting on the mat with Yogi Manoj, and allowing the body to wake up without rush. Some days include satsang or meditation with Master Swami Samdarshi, offered as part of daily life rather than something you need to follow.
The rest of the day opens naturally, time by the ocean, meals at small local places, moving between the beach and the village. There is space to rest, to explore, or to do nothing at all. Nothing is forced, nothing is scheduled too tightly. Just a rhythm that allows you to settle, slowly, into the experience.

Instructors
Satvika D
Since 2004, Satvika has been immersed in the study and practice of yoga in India. Nine years later, she became an internationally certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT® 500), and has since guided hundreds of students on a path of deep transformation. Founder of Ashram Ibiza Yoga in 2013. She specializes in Traditional Hatha Yoga, offering a conscious, grounded practice rooted in ancient wisdom. Her classes integrate asana, pranayama, meditation, mantras, and yoga philosophy, creating a holistic experience that goes beyond physical movement.
Manoj
Yogi Manoj hails from North Lower Himalayas and has studied and practiced yoga since childhood. He holds a post graduate diploma under the guidance of yogi Dr. Ishwar Bhardwaj in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness from Sanskrit University Gurukul Kanagi. He later moved to Rishikesh, seeking advanced teaching in pranic purification from Yogi Vishvpal Jayant Maharaj, while inspiring and teaching students from around the world. Yogi Manoj is committed to offering a yoga workshop incorporating diverse aspects of practice asana, pranayama, cleansing kriyas, Ayurveda, and Vedic healing.
Swami Prem Samdarshi
Swami Prem Samdarshi was born in 1961 in Banda (near Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh, India), the oldest son of a cloth merchant. He instinctively knew the meditation technique of Vipassana and practiced it on his own until after meeting his Master, Osho, he learned that what he had been practicing was an age-old potent meditation technique. In 1983, he was initiated into sannyas by Osho, after which he spent considerable time in Osho’s presence. Years of intense meditation followed during which he also tried a variety of meditation techniques, but ultimately resorting to Vipassana.

- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
