My experience with Panchakarma.
The program was well designed and structured. I was surrounded by like minded people who were very knowledgeable about the art and science of Ayurveda. Instructors involved, like Nayna and Ralph, provided guidance and support throughout the program. I had the opportunity to have one of the best therapist in this world, her name is Eglet. The kindness expressed through her hands was palpable. Our group of six ladies bonded and shared 10 days of laughter and adventure, learning more about our bodies, constitution and mind. The Ayurvedic Practitioner, Dr. Vaidya Bhavana, was always by our side assessing our response to therapies, food and interventions. I loved this program and highly recommend it to those who want to learn more about how to increase their quality of life through this beautiful art. Surroundings were so beautiful and inspiring for this type of work, it just made it so much more special for us. My roommate was awesome and i met amazing ladies that i will never, ever forget. I just loved everything about this program!!!

An incredible experience overall! Not to be missed!
From the early morning yoga/mediation to the knowledge sessions, chanting in Sanskrit and delicious clean food - I wouldn’t change a thing! Samer is immensely knowledgeable and very patient with explaining the benefits of breathwork. I especially enjoyed the concluding session where we learned how to apply this new awareness to our daily routines. Annalise was a splendid yoga instructor and also very resourceful for explaining the grounds. It was advantageous that the silence retreat people arrived the same Friday evening as this created opportunities to chance to ask others why they choose that journey. All the staff were very welcoming, approachable and pleasant to chat. I would definitely recommend going here! Thank you for this enriching experience that I won’t forget.

Beautiful location!
The location was absolutely beautiful - secluded in the trees by a lake. The people working and volunteering there were extremely nice and helpful. The Silent retreat that I attended was a great way to disconnect from the outside world and get in touch with myself.

Learned breathing technique that really works!
The place is really nice, in nature, beautiful.
The teacher is nice, and the breathing technique they teach you actually work : you need to continue after on a daily basis, but the positive impact is has on mental health is clear after a few days, and definitely worth it. I definitely recommend it!

Welcome Home
The people here are so welcoming and accommodating. I felt a sincere sense of peace upon arrival and settled in to a place where I felt open to heal. The food was amazing and the sense of community in the centre was second to none. Working with Ami and Aditya was extremely comfortable and I feel I learned a lot in the short time we spent together. Samer was very attentive to our needs, he picked us up from the airport and was our "go to" guy for anything we needed help with! His yoga classes were also wonderful. The ayurvedic treatments were also amazing and I wish I could bring Helene home with me so I could have them every week! The shops are full of beautiful trinkets, jewelry, clothing, books, and CDs. You will always have something to do outside on the lake, on the trails, or at the garden. There are even many ayurvedic supplements to choose from as well. The people who work at this centre truly foster a sense of community and belonging and encourage you to stay connected and continue to practice even after you leave. If you are looking for an immersive experience (body, mind, soul) this is the right place for you!
