Alina Jaber
Alina began her yoga teaching journey in 2018 after completing a 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa training with Jonathan Francis Thompson at Yoga London. After several years teaching in London, she felt called to a slower rhythm of life and relocated to The Gambia in 2024. She now hosts oceanfront yoga retreats, offering Vinyasa flow, mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative practices beside the sea. Alina also teaches aerial yoga and offers Reiki sessions, creating a welcoming space for relaxation, connection, and transformation through yoga in nature.
Havayah Shinto
Havayah is a dedicated yoga teacher who creates a nurturing space for students to reconnect with their mind, body, and heart. Her teaching blends meditation with gentle slow flow asana, encouraging a mindful connection between breath and movement. Drawn to meditation from an early age, she has long explored practices that cultivate inner peace, balance, and self-awareness. Havayah welcomes practitioners of all levels and believes yoga is a powerful tool for cultivating harmony, clarity, and a deeper connection to oneself.
