Instructors
Shama Sara Palmer
Shama (Sara Palmer) is an experienced yoga teacher of 14 years and qualified Ayurveda practitioner. She has been practicing yoga for more than 30 years, and teaching for 13 years and more recently qualified in Ayurveda. She trained with the Sivananda Yoga lineage to advanced level, and lived and worked as a senior staff member in the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat, Bahamas for much of five years.
