The yoga retreat accommodations are cozy, clean, and comfortable. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, an en-suite bathroom, and a courtesy tray. They are available for single occupancy or double occupancy. Double occupancy is perfect for two people who are traveling together.

Over the course of these few days, Kailash Yoga Ashram will share with you the ancient wisdom of yoga, including teachings on physical postures asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and mindfulness (meditation), guiding you to explore your true inner essence. Each class will offer a unique experience, blending Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, allowing you to work out and stretch each and every muscle of your body. They will explain to you various breathwork and meditation methods to help enhance your focus and reduce daily stress. But, visiting Rishikesh without immersing yourself in its natural and cultural beauties would be a real missed opportunity.
That is why they will take you on guided excursions, so even within this short time, you can uncover some of the sacred spots and hidden treasures. Finally, true harmony comes from balance, which includes nourishment. At Kailash Yoga Ashram, they provide wholesome sattvic meals that nurture both your body and spirit. Their carefully selected meal plan is designed to maintain balance and fuel you with the energy you need for your active days of Yoga and Meditation practices and excursions.
Yoga asanas
One or two yoga sessions daily: start your day with a grounding morning Yoga flow to get you feeling alive and ready for whatever comes your way. Then, as the sun sets, join Kailash Yoga Ashram for a gentle practice to help you let go of any stress you might be holding and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
Meditation
One or two daily outdoor meditation sessions, where you’ll not only connect with yourself but also with nature to help you heal. Additionally, you will be taught various techniques to quiet your mind and discover your true inner self.
Pranayama
The mornings will start with simple yet powerful breathing techniques that have a profound, soul-nurturing impact by channelling vital life force. You will also learn how to use your breath as an anchor to stay in the present moment, where life truly unfolds.

They add a bit of adventure with short hikes and nature walks, allowing you to connect deeply with India’s vibrant soul and the peaceful, yogic vibes of Rishikesh.

Rohit
Rohit initially found his way to the practice as a self-taught yogi. Indeed, he received his first book about yoga on his 14th birthday and got particularly interested in how the body and mind work. He began practicing on his own at home for some time. Later, he decided to travel for several years to many regional places such as Haridwar, Varanasi, Gangotri, and Kurukshetra, attending ashrams to deepen his yoga practice and dive into the world of meditation. Only after these years of self-practice and life experience as a real yogi did he realize where his true path leads him.
Ankit
Ankit is qualified as a yoga teacher and personal trainer. Ankit is known for his no-nonsense teaching style and super sense of humor; his colleagues consider him an invaluable source of inspiration and support. Ankit's students are made to feel at ease and comfortable through his pleasant personality and helpful guidance. Ankit gives 120% to his passion for teaching, living, and defining healthy boundaries with all systems around him.
