Some of the other outside instructors were very good, particularly the one who used to be a journalist (sadly I forgot her name). And the lady who did the chanting had a lovely positive aura. Even though chanting is not my thing, she made it really enjoyable by clearly transmitting all her radiant energy.

j'ai énormément apprécié la qualité des cours et la gentillesse des professeurs.

Irana avec sa présence attentive donne au studio de yoga une atmosphère toute particulière et très accueillante .

J'ai aimé le mélange entre des personnes venant prendre des cours depuis l'extérieur avec des participants, comme nous, pour une retraite de yoga.

Du yoga intensif, de belles rencontres, un emplacement idéal, une mer limpide et des dîners délicieux !

À recommander sans hésitations !

Irana is outstanding as yogi, as a host, and as a person. This is serious yoga, yet also with a relaxed and friendly environment, and in a beautiful village and island.

I really enjoyed the variety of yoga classes offered by Irana, Connie & other teachers at Yoga Shala Paros. You can go for every single one of them on the schedule, or choose the specific classes you want to try. I loved the vinyasa classes L3 mostly but also the Iyengar, aerial yoga and tai chi thaught by other teachers were great! Meditation is also offered several times throughout the week which is fantastic.

The location of the yoga studio is close to the hotel where I was staying, so it' s comfortable to walk to and from classes. Breakfast and dinner is included in the package, which is nice. Dinner is at Open Garden restaurant and I had delicious vegetarian meal (salads, mushroom risotto, Greek starters as tatziki, aubergine dip every day. The chef seems to be flexible to your preferences and adjusts the meals (vegan, vegetarian, etc.). I had grilled fish one evening and grilled prawns another day which was tasty.

Overall, I was very happy with the retreat, the yoga practice, accommodation and experiencing Paros!
