Elda Giardetti is certified Modo Yoga teacher and owns two studios in Hamilton, Canada. She teaches Hatha, SUP, Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa and Pilates.

Elda Giardetti
Elda is an international yoga instructor and yoga retreat leader sharing her passion for yoga and travel. She fell in love with how Hot yoga made her feel! She wanted to share the mental and physical benefits of it with others so she became a Modo yoga teacher in 2012. Modo Flow training followed and then Modo Level 2 advanced training. Elda is trained by and has assisted Judith Hanson Lasater and is a RELAX & RENEW® Restorative yoga teacher. She’s also an advanced stand up paddle board (SUP) yoga instructor and Yin trained yoga teacher. Elda is co-owner of Modo Yoga Hamilton.
