Fairly well

The location, meal, instructor and the yoga classes for the retreat was excellent. The weather did not allow for the hike, as it was raining.

What a wonderful experience!

I loved everything about the retreat! From the stunning location to the patient and knowledgeable instructor. The food was gorgeous and healthy. It felt amazing to spend the weekend with such wonderful people! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Excellent yoga instructor

I have never done Iyengar yoga and was super impressed with Monique’s way of teaching and her knowledge. Very well prepared and balanced classes! Loved it! I was able to do poses I never thought I could! The accommodation was pleasant with beautiful open spaces and the food was good. Very friendly and helpful staff! I can definately recommend Monique’s retreats!

Perfect setting for a retreat.

Monique brings across the true spirit of Iyengar Yoga. All sessions were expertly taught. Time away from the yoga studio was thoroughly enjoyable with friendly company, delicious food, beautiful forest surroundings which draw you in to the tranquility. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend that everybody should experience whether you practise yoga or not.
