Programme

People acquire toxic substances in our bodies and minds as a result of poor eating habits, hectic lifestyles, medical treatments, and most importantly, living far from the natural world. Large amounts of toxins can also build up after medical procedures like chemotherapy, surgery, etc., as well as from different addictions. These bodily toxins lead to mental and physical imbalances that impair immunity and create indigestion, tension, anxiety, headaches, back pain, obesity, diabetes, arthritis, allergies, memory loss, and other symptoms.

Detoxification Using an Ayurvedic Approach

Within Ayurveda, there is a formalized process for periodically cleansing the body and mind. This process balances the body’s imbalances with nature, gets rid of toxins that have collected over time, and boosts the immune system. We have created an ayurveda detoxification treatment that aids in the body’s removal of dangerous toxins.

Methodology of Ayurvedic Detoxification Treatment

Several techniques have been applied during the course of ayurveda detoxification treatment. Through this type of therapy, an individual recovers their vanished vitality and physical and emotional well-being. Toxins are isolated during treatment and then sent to the stomach, where they are eliminated from the body. In addition, the therapy will clear the blockages that allow a revitalized and improved sense of well-being to enter, which will boost energy.

Three stages that comprise the Ayurvedic Detoxification treatment program include:

The three phases of the treatment regimen are cleansing and post-cleansing therapy. Agni, the digestive fire, must be balanced in the initial phase. According to Ayurveda, an individual belongs to one of the three predominant body types (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha doshas). Depending on the patient’s body type, the actual cleansing procedures will differ.

Purvakarma: Preparing the body for detoxification

An essential Ayurvedic purification technique in pre-purification is the Abhyanga massage, which involves massaging warm oil mixed with other herbs. This treatment improves blood purification and circulation enhancement. A steam bath and shower come next. Sweat treatments and warm oil massages prepare the body to expel contaminates (doshas) from their designated zones.

Pradhanakarma – Main panchakarma treatment

Toxins that have been mobilized are released during this phase via the body’s natural pathways. The elimination therapies included in this primary phase are as follows:

  • Vamana: Medicinal emesis (relevant only in cases of Kapha imbalance)
  • Virechana: Medicinal elimination that clears the small intestine.
  • Vasti: A medicinal enema that clears the intestinal tract.
  • Nasya: Medicated oils injected through the nose that clear the sinus and the nasal cavities.
  • Raktamoksha: Blood detoxification through blood donation or herbal remedies.

Procedure After Purification:

After a panchakarma consultation, we provide rasayanas that contain reviving herbal formulae, dietary plans, and lifestyle instructions to help you get the most out of the panchakarma and lay an appropriate foundation for long-term health.

Note: Other than external treatments, the patient will receive inner medication and a strict ayurvedic diet as per the doctor's prescription and instructions.

Overview of the retreat

The retreat unfolds over a period of several days, during which you will undergo a series of specialized treatments, therapeutic massages, and cleansing therapies. These therapies, combined with a carefully crafted diet plan, aim to eliminate toxins (ama) from your body, enhance your digestive fire (agni), and rejuvenate your entire being.
