Triguna Yoga center is a beautiful ashram with two yoga halls, a bamboo circle, a swimming pool, a sauna, and garden spaces with flowers and many trees. There is free Wi-Fi access and a filtered drinking water system. A washing machine is available to use at any time for free if you want to do laundry.
The rooms have a wardrobe, chairs, and a small table. Every room has an attached bathroom with a Western toilet, sink, and a hot shower. Bedsheets, blankets, and pillows will be provided for you. There are private rooms and shared rooms; they all have fans, mosquito protection (windows and door) and some of them have air conditioning

Triguna Yoga offers this yoga and meditation retreat in Rishikesh, which will help you discover the relationship between mind and body through yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques.
They will show you how to balance yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally using the five elements, asana, meditation, emotional detoxification techniques, and breathing techniques. They focus on self-development through self-understanding.
In the retreat, Triguna Yoga will show you the role of breathing in your life and how it creates opening and change in the self. A better quality of breath will give you a better quality of life.
Besides yoga asana and pranayama, you will work with the five elements to heal and detoxify physically, mentally, and emotionally. You will get an understanding and experience of how you can rebalance your body and mind without the use of herbs or medicine.
Triguna Yoga will especially focus on emotional detoxification kriyas: how you can release the side effects of your negative emotions. The detoxification with five elements includes mud and water treatments, breathing techniques, as well as teachings on how you can increase the fire element and the ether element (fasting).
The purpose of this retreat will be to help the body and mind heal so that you can gain more inner stability and strength to deal with situations in life.

Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep)

Yogic cleansing (shatkarma)
Yogic cleansing exercises are important in learning how to incorporate your breath and meditate properly during the physical aspects of yoga. It also removes the blockages in the energy channels. This will include:

Emotional detoxification kriyas
Emotional detoxification kriyas is a combination of removing knots in the body through pressing points, breathing techniques, release through sound and laughter, and meditation. It is a three-day program and very effective in releasing the effects of emotions and other toxins in the body.

Naturopathy

Professeurs
Prakash
Prakash est né et a grandi au sein d’une famille spirituelle dans l’Uttar Pradesh, en Inde. Il a été initié très tôt à une voie spirituelle et au yoga. Dès son enfance, il a commencé à pratiquer la méditation, les asanas, le pranayama et les prières. Au fil de son parcours, il a appris le yoga auprès de différents instituts et traditions, comme l’astanga yoga à la SVYASA Bangalore et des formations approfondies à Satyananda’s (Bihar School Of Yoga), à Munger. Il a obtenu plus tôt des diplômes universitaires : un master en yoga et un master en littérature anglaise. Prakash encadre désormais la méditation, le yoga, le tantra, la pleine conscience et la Kundalini.
Samadhi
Samadhi est une enseignante de yoga, de pranayama, de méditation et de Yoga Nidra particulièrement inspirante et expérimentée, ainsi qu’une thérapeute. Elle est docteure en naturopathie de la School of Naturopathy de Gorakhpur, où elle a suivi une formation complète en naturopathie, incluant des traitements naturopathiques avec alimentation et yoga thérapeutique. Elle a suivi de nombreux cours auprès de Satyanand Yoga (BSY Munger) et de la SVYASA Bangalore, où elle a acquis une parfaite maîtrise théorique et pratique des asanas, du pranayama, des mudras et des bandhas. Elle a également appris le Yoga Nidra et ses vertus thérapeutiques. Aujourd’hui, Samadhi anime des séances de pranayama, de Yoga Nidra, de méditation, de conseils alimentaires et d’accompagnement.
Vishal Sharma
Vishal enseigne le yoga depuis de nombreuses années. Il est professeur de yoga hatha, de yoga Iyengar, de yoga flow, de yoga ashtanga, de yoga shivananda, et de méditation et pranayama. Il est aussi détenteur d'une maîtrise en art des sciences yogiques de l'université de sanskrit d'Uttarakhand.

The Triguna Yoga center is located close to the Holy Ganga River and about 10 kilometers from Rishikesh town in a quiet, nature area away from all the noise and traffic. On a free moment, they can organize a tuk-tuk that will take you into town.
This retreat will take place at the Triguna Yoga Center situated in Rishikesh, India. The holy city of Rishikesh, at the base of the Himalayas, holds deep cultural and spiritual significance for local Hindus.
Sacred rivers and mountains set the scene for yoga and reflective hikes. Rishikesh is the world yoga capital and every year, thousands of people go to Rishikesh to learn yoga and meditation. There are hundreds of temples and ashrams in Rishikesh.

During this course, you will be served three delicious vegetarian yogic meals per day. The food is carefully supervised and is prepared in a very natural and yogic manner while promoting the use of seasonal vegetables and fruits, and avoiding artificially prepared edibles.
The cooks will give their best efforts to prepare the food with utmost devotion and love, which could cater to the needs of nourishment of all the layers of your personality.
Some vegetarian food is vegan as well, and if not, there will always be vegan dishes available for vegan students. Also, for food allergies like dairy or gluten allergy or any other diet, Triguna Yoga can provide foods according to your needs.

Arrival by plane
Please book your flight to arrive at Dehradun Airport (DED) or Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). Triguna Yoga can arrange taxi service for you from both airports with the ashram's usual driver at the normal taxi rates.
Arrival by bus
Being a popular tourist destination, Rishikesh has a good network of buses connecting it with important places such as Haridwar, Dehradun, and New Delhi.
Buses depart in the morning and late evening for Rishikesh every day from the Kashmere Gate ISBT in New Delhi. You can choose from a regular, deluxe, or luxurious coach.
Arrival by train
The nearest railhead to Rishikesh is in Haridwar, which is approximately 25 kilometers away. Haridwar, in turn, is linked to major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Varanasi. Some of the popular trains are Shatabadi Express, Jan Shatabdi, AC Special Express, and Mussoorie Express.
For those making the journey to Rishikesh, it is advisable to take the train until Haridwar and then either take a bus or hire a taxi to Rishikesh. While the bus would take about 45 minutes, the taxi will take you to Rishikesh in about half an hour.
Arrival by taxi
Taking a taxi up to Rishikesh is worth considering, as it is connected to other cities via the National Highway 58, which is in good condition for most of the year. The drive from Delhi to Rishikesh would take approximately six to seven hours. The approximate fare from New Delhi is between 5,000 and 6000 INR, depending on the season and time of the day / night.
From Dehradun, the drive is about 40 minutes to the school, and the taxi fee is 1,000 INR (about 13 EUR).
