During this retreat, you will be staying at Sambhaavnaa Institute in either a private room or shared double room.

Programme

The retreat will start from 4:00 p.m. on day 20 every month with registration and introduction about the retreat. This 10-day journey of yogic transformation through body and mind brings such clarity that can eliminate your entire past traumas and whatever challenges you are facing since your childhood will be fully transformed into total understanding, pure love, infinite happiness, and peacefulness in your meaningful life.

At a beautiful heritage village in the heart of the Dhauladhara range of the Himalayas, you open the doors to your inner being, and you are invited to dive deep into bliss and love. Regardless of previous experience, age, and relationship status, this is a retreat for you.

During the free time, the teachers will be available for personal and couple coaching, to give the best possible support to your process. The group is open to everybody, singles and couples, beginners, and experts. Participants in a couple will always have the choice to work with the partner. Their teacher Shri AnantaJeevan with support from their team of healers and yoga teachers will help and support your healing and self-discovery. All sessions are delivered using the English language and support is available for the Hindi language as needed.

Excursions

You will have your personal time for nature walks and explorations and sitting near the river and nature blessed forests.
