Holistic Yoga Teacher Training India
The foundation of the yoga practice is the "Eight Limbs" of yoga, as outlined by the sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. Believing that yoga is not just a practice but a way of living a balanced and harmonious life, they encompass all the eight principles of yoga in this 100-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, which are Yamas (ethical conduct), niyamas (self-discipline), asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (enlightenment). This thoughtfully designed yoga teacher training course equips aspiring teachers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to guide others on their yogic path.
