Renee’s journey has revolved around authentically connecting with people and teasing out their unique stories using written and spoken words. Renee curates a container of inclusivity, compassion, abundant love, and nurturing support that allows for women to step into discomfort and find lost parts of themselves that have been buried deep within layers of life, busy-ness, fear, and avoidance. Tapping into all aspects of words and language, Renee leads workshops that center around connection: to source, to self, and to each other as sisters journeying side by side along their paths back home.

Flo is a student of the world who left an office job with just a backpack in search for deeper meaning in life. She explored different types of yoga, energy trainings, and mentors all over the world. She completed a yoga teacher training in Vinyasa followed by Yin yoga training. Flo’s wellness and spiritual practices evolved to encompass the science of sound healing with Tibetan bowls, using sounds, vibrations, and music to bring positive effects on the body and mind. She was also guided towards learning beautiful Mayan ancestral ceremonies, and among them is the art of sacred cacao ceremony.

Mallory is a somatic movement guide, yoga teacher, and master reiki practitioner, and the creator of the Embody HER Experience—a practice designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, truth, and wild feminine power. Blending yoga, meditation, sound, and creative expression, she guides women to release stuck energy and access deep inner wisdom. Her facilitation is grounded yet playful, inviting women to move, feel, and rediscover the aliveness that awakens when women gather in nature. Mallory calls yoga her “gateway drug to getting to know [herself] and healing [her] mind, body, and soul.

With over 20 years of experience guiding people in outdoor settings, Angie believes nature and adventure help cultivate healthier individuals and stronger communities. Raised exploring Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, she pursued her passion with a degree in Recreation, Parks & Tourism and Business Management from Radford University. Angie has led teens, young adults, and families in wilderness therapy and expedition programs since 2017 as part of the Breakwater Expeditions team.
