Professeurs
Vicky (Vix) Roberts
Vicky has been practicing yoga since 2017 and have completed teacher trainings in Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa and the core teachings of the yoga tradition. Her teaching aims to combine strength and softness, fluidity alongside structure. Drawing from the elements of different styles, her signature classes are Vinyasa flow (a sequence of movement linked with breath with creative transitions and the intention of finding space in the body and peace in the mind) and Power (a sequence inspired by Rocket and traditional Ashtanga with drills and prep for arm balances, inversions and general strength!).
Becky
With over 15 years of teaching experience, Becky intends to enable students to feel comfortable, confident, and empowered on and off the mat, with lots of giggles along the way. She has taught all over the world, teaches Ashtanga and TRE, and is a bit special when it comes to reading people and their nervous systems.
